im not sure if this is the right place to ask this question for its not about the
GW game...

but ill ask anywayz...

how do i get new titles and when do i get to have picture below my name?

Your title is (for the most part) determined by your post count. The exceptions to this are, as I have seen at least, staff, who get custom titles.

You can add your avatar under your name by uploading/linking to the desired image in your User Control Panel...

The titles changed (was it last night or this morning?)

Now they scale from Ascalon up. if that voting list still exists it should be on it.
